To the management of Neilson Inc., the pursuit of quality is priority number one. The company’s development is founded on quality work and customer satisfaction.
The management of Neilson, an ISO 9001 certified company and member of the Mouvement québécois de la qualité, appoints a quality manager who manages and monitors the implementation of the company’s quality management system, which is based on a quality policy to “ensure that all clients receive products that meet their requirements, on time and at the lowest possible cost”.
Maintaining expertise, continually improving work methods, involving personnel and maintaining physical resources are key to attaining the above-mentioned objectives. These are management’s commitments to Neilson’s quality policy.

Neilson Inc. has always promoted the importance of a healthy and safe workplace among its employees.
Neilson has prevented or quickly addressed labour conflicts on construction sites thanks to the experience and reputation of its labour relations manager and the expertise of its project managers.
Employee safety is, and always has been, of paramount concern for Neilson Inc. management.
Eliminating the causes of accidents to protect the health and safety of all workers and stakeholders is a constant concern for the company’s management.
Neilson’s health and safety officer has developed an accident and occupational illness prevention program. The program, adapted to each project, is an essential management tool in the move to eliminate the causes of accidents.
Environment
Environmental quality is a growing global concern. That is why Neilson has a long history of caring for the environment and incorporates environmental protection into all of its projects.
Integrating environmental quality into all stages of projects requires the involvement of Neilson’s entire personnel and appropriate work tools.
The document Environmental Quality sets out all the environmental protection measures recommended by Neilson and makes the environment the focal point of its activities. These measures are based on current laws and regulations and on the company’s experience and expertise. All stakeholders involved in Nielson projects consider this document the equivalent of a corporate directive.
