Under the management of three brothers, Jean, Franco and Mario Fava, Neilson Inc. is active in the main fields of the construction industry both in Québec and elsewhere in Canada.

With different but complementary academic training, each of the present owners manages a specific sector of the company thus forming a solid team.

The president, Jean Fava, is an engineer and manages operations; Mario Fava, the vice-president, manages the purchase department and is in charge of supplies. Franco Fava, the secretary-treasurer, is a lawyer and manages the administration of the company.

The determination of these three men and their know-how in construction work have placed Neilson Inc. among the most renowned and highly respected companies in the industry.

The management surrounded itself by a team of competent staff members having between ten to thirty years of service for the company and who have developed qualities simply described as leadership, honesty, discipline and determination.
